In Sir Meccanica, customer training is a crucial aspect to ensure optimal performance and safety at work.

The use of our portable multifunction machine tools is extremely simple and intuitive and does not require highly specialised operators. To support our customers, we offer free training courses, structured on the basis of their specific needs.

Our customers are always welcome in the Sir Meccanica premises, where we are proud to showcase the expertise and passion of our team and the excellence of the latest-generation machinery used in our production.

The training course includes a focus on the structural characteristics of the machines and on the correct operating procedures which, in compliance with current regulations and in-depth study dedicated to safety, ensure a protected and efficient working environment.

In Sir Meccanica we support customers starting from the choice of the portable machine tool,
offering complete assistance that continues even after delivery. The initial training is conceived to ensure immediate, safe and efficient use to immediately maximizes productivity and performance right from the start.

Our goal is to enable operators to work safely, making all the functions clear and accessible.
Already in the design phase, we pay particular attention to ergonomics, ease of use and safety. We offer specific technical training sessions to optimize the interaction between machine, operator and work process. Our technicians guide the operator towards a full understanding of the functions of the control panel unit and the available settings, in order to get familiar with the interface.
