Privacy Notice (Art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003)

The data provided by participants when subscribing to the site's multimedia services is limited to their email address and is required to receive notifications of “news” via email.
The purposes of data processing include the promotion of commercial and advertising initiatives, which you can opt out of at any time by requesting the removal of your email address from the mailing list.
In order to receive support or submit commercial requests by other means, your name and surname may be entered into data management systems. This entry is done by the sales department. Any statistical processing that may be carried out in the future will be done exclusively
on an anonymous basis.
We guarantee that there is no intention to transmit or disseminate users’ personal data. In any case, users may at any time exercise the rights provided for in Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Art. 7 – (Right to access personal data and other rights)

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, and to have such data communicated in an intelligible form.
  2. The data subject has the right to be informed of:
    a) the source of the personal data;
    b) the purposes and methods of processing;
    c) the logic applied to processing carried out with electronic tools;
    d) the identity of the data controller, processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
    e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representatives in the State’s territory, processors, or persons in charge of processing.
  3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    a) the updating, rectification, or, where interested, integration of the data;
    b) the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be kept for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
    c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
  4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
    b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
